Terms and conditions of manufacturer’s warranties apply to malfunctioning or defective video game systems. If you have merchandise that is malfunctioning or seems to be defective in many cases the manufacturer can diagnose and resolve concerns over the phone. For additional information on the manufacturer’s warranty for a specific product, contact the manufacturer directly.

The Game Zone cannot repair or replace defective merchandise nor accept returns of incomplete or partial product.

Unopened, complete bundles may be returned directly to the Game Zone return center listed below.  For any return of bundled merchandise, the contents of the entire bundle (hardware, software and accessories) must be returned in its original sealed condition and include any manuals, cabling and accessories.  Credit cannot be given on bundles that are returned with missing components.

If you choose to return any merchandise, we suggest using a secure method such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation so that it can be tracked.
